Participation in this pilot program is at the sole discretion of our executive leadership. We reserve the right to modify the platform features as we optimize for Green Prosperity across the Converse and San Antonio markets.

3. User Responsibilities When submitting your Letter of Intent, you agree to provide accurate and current executive contact information. You also agree to conduct business with the highest level of professional excellence, reflecting the Red Resilience of our community network.

4. Intellectual Property All proprietary technology, text, branding, and digital architecture on this site are the exclusive legal property of KINVEST GUIDANCE LLC. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our visual design elements or concepts without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability While our standard is absolute Gold Success, our platform and directory are provided on an "as is" basis. KINVEST GUIDANCE LLC shall not be held legally liable for any indirect business damages, loss of revenue, data loss, or temporary service interruptions as we build and scale this infrastructure.

6. Governing Law These terms and your use of the website are governed entirely by the laws of the State of Texas.
