I spent 13 years building high-velocity results inside corporate America. Now I'm building the digital infrastructure our communities deserve.
The Foundation of Leadership
Over 13 years in field marketing and sales leadership — including Regional Manager at DSI Systems, Inc., collaborating with AT&T's National Account team. I scaled operations with enterprise platforms like DOMO and Repsly across a portfolio spanning military exchange (AAFES) bases throughout South Texas. High-stakes environments built the resilience it takes to grow elite business ecosystems.
Bridging the Digital Gap
Along the way I saw a systemic wealth leak draining our most vital contributors: small, independent, Black-owned businesses. Major corporations capture markets with sophisticated digital tools — while local owners, starting right here in Converse and San Antonio, are left without the visibility to compete. Even premier partners like our anchor, Hair Maddness LLC, deserve that infrastructure. That's why I left corporate management to close the gap for the Founding 10.

My mission is simple: put Black-owned businesses first. We're not just building a directory — we're deploying a full technology suite to modernize operations and protect local wealth, setting a new standard of Gold success and Green prosperity. By combining enterprise sales strategy with disciplined, hands-on execution, we're equipping the Founding 10 to stabilize, scale, and lead their industries into the future.
