The Foundation of Leadership My journey began with a commitment to excellence in field marketing and sales leadership, a path that has spanned over 13 years. As a former Regional Manager, I specialized in driving high-level results through strategic partnerships with AT&T leadership and national account teams. By leveraging advanced data platforms like DOMO and Repsly, I learned how to identify market opportunities and optimize operational performance at scale. This decade-plus of experience in corporate leadership provided me with a deep understanding of what it takes to build, manage, and sustain a successful business ecosystem.

Identifying the Digital Gap Throughout my career, I noticed a recurring "Wealth Leak" within our local communities. While major corporations have elite digital infrastructure to capture every dollar, our small, independent "mom and pop" businesses—the backbones of Converse and San Antonio—often fall through the Digital Gap. I saw talented entrepreneurs, like those at Hair Maddness LLC, providing world-class services but lacking the modern directory visibility and technology suites needed to stop local capital from leaving the community. This realization transformed my focus from corporate growth to community prosperity: ensuring our independent, Black-owned businesses have the tools to stay visible, competitive, and profitable.

The Vision for KINVEST Today, as the Founder and CEO of KINVEST GUIDANCE LLC, my mission is to stabilize our local economy by empowering the Founding 100. We are building more than a directory; we are creating a tech-forward infrastructure rooted in success and professional sophistication. We are currently vetting our first 100 partners to join an elite network designed to modernize the way we support local, independent commerce. By combining my background in sales leadership with a heart for community advocacy, I am dedicated to ensuring that every business in our network has a clear path to long-term sustainability and digital dominance.
