Founder’s Statement: Kelvin Taylor

The Foundation of Leadership My professional journey is built on over 13 years of experience in field marketing and sales leadership. As a former Regional Manager at DSI Systems, Inc., I specialized in driving high-velocity results through strategic collaboration with AT&T leadership and the National Account team. During my tenure at DSI, I leveraged the enterprise-level platform DOMO, alongside tools like Repsly, to optimize operations across a diverse portfolio. This included managing military exchange (AAFES) locations in South TX (Fort Cavazos, Randolph AFB, Fort Sam Houston, Fort Bliss, Fort Johnson, Lackland AFB, and Fort Hood). This extensive background in managing complex, high-stakes environments provided the Red resilience required to build and sustain elite business ecosystems.

Bridging the Digital Gap Throughout my career, I identified a systemic wealth leak affecting our most vital economic contributors: small, independent, black-owned mom-and-pop businesses. While major corporations utilize sophisticated digital infrastructure to capture market share, local independent owners—starting right here in Converse and San Antonio, but extending across the world—often lack the visibility to compete. I realized that even premier service providers, such as our anchor partner Hair Maddness LLC, require modernized digital suites to secure their place in the economy. This sparked my transition from corporate management to focusing on closing the digital gap for the Founding 10.

The Vision for KINVEST GUIDANCE LLC As the Founder and CEO of KINVEST GUIDANCE LLC, my mission is to ensure black-owned businesses get first priority in establishing a new standard of Gold success and professional sophistication. We are not just creating a directory; we are deploying a comprehensive technology suite designed to modernize and protect local wealth, driving Green prosperity for our partners. By integrating my experience with military logistics and corporate sales strategy, I am committed to ensuring the Founding 10 have the digital infrastructure needed to thrive. We are currently vetting elite independent partners who are ready to stabilize, scale, and lead their industries into the future.
